The pizza is extraordinary! Apparently they make their own sausage and it is amazing! The service us great and the staff goes out of their way to please. Well worth a trip!

Paglias is one of our favorite places to dine in Grinnell! The pizza crusts are amazing, the toppings always taste fresh, the staff is always so friendly. My only gripe--they aren't open for lunch so we can get MORE! Such a great family owned restaurant!

We Love Pagliai's in Grinnell. We were there before 5pm (opening time) and there was already a line. We placed our order for a large pizza and 20 minutes later, a small arrived. The waitress saw the looks on our faces and knew that wasn't right. She left the small, went back and put in another order for a medium and we were only charged for the small. Still
