Sam is the most kind heart person at taco John's he goes out his way to give his customers what they want and need. Craig just one awesome person like going there at nite to see them two

I ate here today makes me proud to be a Marine serving this great nation.
I was really disappointed today!!! I asked for a No. 1 which consists of 2 tacos and a side of choice and a drink! I asked to have chips and queso (instead of cheese sauce) which i was ready to pay the difference in cost. Which i have done many times before but for some reason i was told today they could not do it!!! REALLY!
Usually a good place to eat during the day time hours but go during the night and u get messed up orders missing food and condiments and stale soggy oles! And wen u try to call and talk to them about it the phone rings for 3mins and then u get a busy signal cuz no one answers. And i promise they were not busy cuz i drove up there to see if they were busy and couldnt answer the phone and they were not. They had no customers. I am very disappointed in the customer service i recieved and still have not gotten an apology or my missing n messed up order fixed or fresh not soggy oles! If u want good service and food try during the day hours. As for my regular visits for me and my family we probably will not be returning.
